Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Specialty: Marketing, Social Media, Sales and Community Partnerships
Allison comes from a minor-league sports and professional level sports background in hockey, special events and golf. Spending several years in sponsorship sales, ticket sales, game day operations, promotions, and community relations. With emphasis in marketing specifically in community user groups, professional hockey and facilities. Her background in minor league sports has helped develop her ‘can do’ attitude, leadership skills and passion to serve others.
Allison holds a Sports, Marketing and Management degree from Northwood University.
She is a recent Alabama resident enjoying her time exploring her new city and state. She resides in Trussville with her soon to be husband Gil Roberts III.
Specialty: Sports Program Development and Implementation
Jamie joins the HMC team as an experienced sports and fitness manager. He brings 12 years of experience in the sports industry and established relationships with the Birmingham sports community. He has served as a Sports and Wellness Director for both the Atlanta and Birmingham YMCA associations. Jamie has also held positions of high school basketball coach and personal trainer while living in Atlanta, GA. His passion is helping young athletes discover how to develop their skills and reach their potential as leaders in the community.
Jamie earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from Georgia State University and a B.A. in History from Samford University.
Born and raised in Georgia, Jamie is loyal to Atlanta sports teams, but since relocating to Birmingham in 2012 he has developed an appreciation for the local sports scene. When he is not cheering on his Atlanta teams, he enjoys spending time at the gym and playing golf with friends.

Cameron Moss brings over a decade worth of experience to the Hoover Metropolitan Complex as the Director of Events & Business Development. His approach to having a successful business and career path is very straightforward: “Create a conduit for engaging life experiences!”. In his current position, Cameron is responsible for booking events, as well as building relationships that turn into productive partnerships for the City of Hoover and future clients.
Cameron joined SFM after 8+ years at Feld Entertainment where he was an Event Marketing & Sales Director promoting Feld properties such as Disney On Ice, Monster Jam, and Ringling Bros. Circus. During this time, he procured and renewed many multi-year sponsors as well as broke numerous gross sales records in his markets across Alabama. Previously, he was an employee of Ticketmaster out of Virginia Beach and began his career path with Live Nation at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Charlotte, NC in 2005.
As a loyal and passionate Gamecock, Cameron has B.S. in Sport & Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. He and his wife Sarah have been in the Birmingham, AL area since 2011.
