Berry High School. Coach Finley was known for his belief that character matters more than “star status.” Today\, these awards remain the highest honor a student or employee can receive within the Hoover City Schools system. \nThe breakfast serves to recognize those who have consistently demonstrated the “Finley Way”\, showing kindness to others\, a strong work ethic\, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right. \nAttendance and Venue Information\nParticipation in the Finley Awards Senior Breakfast is typically by invitation for nominees\, their families\, and school officials.
