To continue serving the community to the best of our ability, Hoover Heights will continue its 1 Hour Reservation system for the foreseeable future. This will allow the staff to stay vigilant in keeping our patrons safe and happy during their time in the climbing center. Each new session will begin every hour, on the hour during the times that we are open.

We apologize for confusion that this might cause and ask for your patience as we update our website, flyers, and staff with this information, as pricing will be adjusted to reflect these changes! Walk-ins are still welcome but will be asked to either wait for the next session to begin or make a reservation to ensure a spot in the next available session should the current session be full.

Climbing provides a unique experience that will be challenging and fun for your kids and their friends. Parties are for children ages 5 and up and include a two-hour time slot. Birthday parties can take place on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Champion Climber Party Package includes:

  • 90 minutes of climbing

Have a group, but no event?

Hoover Heights is the perfect place for your group event with friends or team building with your company. All group events are booked for two-hour time blocks and include time on the climbing walls.

Bookings are only available on Sundays from 11AM – 7PM. Prices depend on number of climbers per group. Contact our team for pricing and availability!



It is our primary goal to ensure that you and your guests have THE BEST TIME EVER at Hoover Climbing & Adventure! Please help us make the reservation process easier by reviewing our policies prior to making your reservation.

At the time of reservation you will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card to have on file with your account. Hoover Heights will charge a $100 reservation fee to the credit card account as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Payment of the balance of the event fee, as well as any extras and gratuities, will be accepted at the conclusion of your event.

Climbing harnesses and shoes are provided for each guest. We recommend clothing that allows freedom of movement. However, baggy pants and short shorts should be avoided as they can make the harness uncomfortable for some. Girls should not wear skirts or dresses.

Safety, supervision, and service are our top priorities. Staff provides a safety orientation, outfits the gear, handles the safety ropes, and coaches guests. Most of all, they make sure everybody has a great time! Tips are not included. If you feel your guides do a great job, please let them know.



  • As long as there are at least 5 staff, the capacity can be 12 climbers.
  • If we have additional staff, capacity can be flexible depending on the number of staff scheduled to work. If we have fewer staff, capacity will be lowered for the day.

Refreshments are to be served in your private party room. Food and drinks are not allowed in the climbing areas.

All food and drinks must be purchased through one of our approved catering partners. While most parties bring their own cake, we do not allow any other outside food or drinks.

The party room must be vacated promptly at your party’s end time. Please let us know when booking if you anticipate needing more time or if you expect a larger number of guests than included in your package.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. The full price will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time.

If a reservation-holder should call at least seven days in advance to change an event date, without having a future date in mind, the deposit charged to the account-holder will be considered “in-house credit” toward a future event. This credit must be utilized within one year of the original event date, or it will be forfeited.

In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule without a rescheduling fee. If this is not possible then a full deposit refund will be made.

Each participant under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian. Our waiver can be found online and at the facility. There is no exception to this policy. Please avoid disappointment by ensuring that everyone in your group has a completed waiver. Click here to sign our waiver.
