Hoover Met Complex RV Parking And Outdoor Area

In order to assist you and our other guests in having an enjoyable time, we have established only a minimum of regulations

1. RV Guest Wi-Fi procedure: Select COH-MET Guest (no password), agree to terms of service, confirm internet access.
2. Check-in is 1:00 PM CST. Check out is 11:00 AM CST. If later check out time is needed, please email [email protected], or call (205) 739-7364
3. Please use wooden blocks under leveling jacks.
4. Deposit bagged trash in trash cans provided on site. Trash must be put in bags and tied. No loose trash please. Trash is picked up twice a week on Monday/Friday.
5. Pets must always kept on a leash and under your control. Be considerate of others – use a “Pooper Scooper” and please use one of the six different pet waste stations on site.
6. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles may only be operated on RV Park grounds and Stadium parking lot by persons with a valid driver’s license.
7. Receiving Mail: Must be approved by Hoover RV Park and we do not bear responsibility of signing for packages.
8. Cleanliness / Appearance: Please keep your site clean and free from debris, trash, pet waste, and toys. Also, please no sidewalk chalk on sidewalk/concrete on, and around the Finley center. There will be a $25 fine for sites not kept in clean condition – you will receive 1 warning letter.
9. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
10. Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11. All vehicles including trailers, campers, and motorhomes must have current registration and display a current license plate.
12. Accept the terms and conditions; you can do this online or fill out our paper copy in the office. 
13. We request that you only use the site assigned unless you get specific permission from the onsite staff to move to another site.
14. We reserve the right to move you to a different site if unforeseen circumstances require it.
15. Management reserves the right, without refund, to evict or refuse service to any person for any reason or persons who break or disregard rules.
16. Management reserves the right, without prior notification, to make changes to the policies and procedures.
17. Restrooms are available at the Explore Playground in the event that the Finley Center is closed or being used for an event.
18. MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON ARISING OUT OF USE OF THESE FACILITIES. 

In order to stay in the Hoover Met Complex RV Park, a reservation must be made.

There are several options available to do this:

• You can reserve online through this webpage.
• You can come to the Finley Center front desk during our operational hours and make your reservation with a member of our Guest Services Team.
  • Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 9:00pm
  • Friday, 6:00am – 7:00pm
• You can call the front desk at (205) 739-7364 and make your reservation with a member of our Guest Services Team.
• You can email [email protected] and our RV & Administrative Coordinator will make your reservation for you.
• You can call our RV & Administrative Coordinator directly at (205) 739-7363 and leave a message with your reservation dates, as well as a good call back number, and she will make the reservation for you.

**$25 Cancellation on all cancelations as of October 1, 2024**

All refunds are subject to cancellation fee.

Please be aware that management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property, or injury to any person arising out of the use of these facilities. Remember to take care of any valuables you bring with you, and always keep your own safety in mind.

At this time, we allow guests to stay in the RV park for more than one month at a time IF you have letter from employer, or a medical professional. Letter needs to state reason for stay and expected end date. This is subject to change.

• If you fall into this category and we do NOT have a letter on file for you, please email one to [email protected] in order to prevent disrupting your stay with us.

During the year, there is only one event where it is mandatory for RV guests to vacate their space:

• SEC Baseball Tournament

Hoover Met Complex RV Park guests will be informed via letter and/or email a month prior to these events so other arrangements can be made.

Trash must be deposited in bins provided onsite. Trash is picked up weekly on Mondays and Fridays. Small garbage items must be bagged & tied before placing them in the trash bins.

Yes. Pets must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times.

• Be considerate of others – please clean up any waste left by pets and observe the designated “No Pet Walk” areas.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT – ANYTIME RV’S ARE USING AN AUXILLARY POWER GENERATOR, EXHAUST EXTENSIONS MUST BE ATTACHED AND THE EXHAUST OPENING MUST EXTEND BEYOND THE ROOF LINE

• Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property or injury to any person arising out of the use of these facilities.
• In case of an emergency, please dial 911.

1. If you are staying in a site that you have not reserved, you will be towed at your own expense.
   • If someone is in your space upon your arrival, please speak with a member of our Guest Services Team, or email [email protected].
2. “Doubling Up” is not allowed – only one RV and tow vehicle are allowed per site. If your vehicle is in a site that you have not reserved, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
3. Do not block thruways. Please ask any person visiting you while at the RV park to park their vehicle in the adjoining stadium parking lot.
4. Do not use stakes in grass or asphalt areas.
5. Open fires are not allowed, except in grills. NO exceptions. Violators will be evicted from the RV park.
6. Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: No oil changes, body work, painting etc., on site, except by professional mobile repair companies authorized by Hoover RV Park.
7. Campers may not use the park address to establish residency in Hoover for purposes related to school, voter registration, or any other matter deemed not to be normal camping activities by Hoover RV Park.

• You are responsible for your safety/evacuation.
• Please stay alert and monitor your situation.
• If a tornado warning is issued, all occupants of the Finley Center, Hoover Met Stadium, and Hoover Met Complex RV Park should evacuate to the tunnel areas of the Hoover Met Stadium.
• If there is an event, staff will be at the stadium to direct people.
• Once the “all clear” is given, guests and personnel can return to normal operations.

IN THE EVENT THE FACILITY IS CLOSED/NO STAFF IS ON SITE:

• Look for the sign on the gate next to the batting cages – “Shelter Here”
• Once you enter the stadium, shelter in the concourse restrooms.

• If temperatures are below freezing leave faucets dripping and cabinets open.
